Connecting Site Cabins in Yorkshire

This week R.A.M. Electrical Contracting Limited have been working up near a farm in Yorkshire, close by to Hull.

 

The 24 hour work shift we undertook was at a farm, where a wind farm was to be built nearby. The work itself involved us having to wire up several site cabins, along with installing a large armoured cable fed from a nearby grain silo to power a large 3phase distribution board. We also installed outside lights, along with PAT testing and periodic testing the cabins.

 

Due to the distance and strict time pressures this meant the work had to done within a tight limit, hence the long working hours.
