Periodic Testing

This week R.A.M. Electrical Contracting Limited have undertaken a Periodic Inspection Report for a woodwork factory. This involves checking all of the fixed wiring circuits, including both single phase and 3 phase machinary.

 

Upon arrival to site we undertake a visual inspection, checking accessories, removing covers, looking for signs of damage and wear and tear. After this we do a full range of tests on the circuits, to ensure that there are no hidden dangers.

 

After this we produce a report for the client, detailing exatcly what circuits have passed, or failed, and what remedials are needed to ensure a sastifactory pass.

 

Later on the year the way Periodic Inspection Reports are carried out are changing, meaning more work for the electrician carrying them out, and as such appropiate price increases to suit. To avoid this, please contact me today to book having your property inspected, to ensure it's SAFE.

 

House's have to be tested every 10 years, whereas rented accomodation has to be tested every 5 years, or at change of tennancy.
