Recently R.A.M. Electrical Contracting Limited have been working down in London. Following on from a call out from another firm, for a burning smell coming from a consumer unit, we soon found that parts of the existing wiring had been left in a condemnable state.

 

Whilst one our engineers managed to fix the worse of the problems on the day, R.A.M. Electrical have since been back to fix the dangerous wiring faults, and bring the building up to current standards.

 

This included having to relocate cables under floor boards, which had over the years been crushed against metal water pipes, caused the pipes, and water to come live, replace to consumer unit, re wire shower circuits in the correct sized cable, instead of undersized cable which was melting.
